*Please note that move-out/ move-in services are applicable only to vacant homes with functioning electricity and water and without biohazards.

A. General - all rooms

1. Spot treatment of walls**

2. Baseboards are cleaned

3. Windows are washed (additional $99 upon request, applicable for first floor only)

4. Dusting of shutters or blinds (deep cleaning available at an additional $99)

5. Window sills are cleaned

6. Carpets are vacuumed

7. Floors are mopped

8. Cobwebs are removed from corners

9. Doors are cleaned

10. Switch plates are cleaned

11. Light fixtures are free of dust

12. Vent covers are free of dust

B. Kitchen

1. Kitchen furniture is cleaned inside and outside

2. Microwave is cleaned

3. Top of the microwave is cleaned and free of grease

4. Oven is cleaned inside and out

5. Refrigerator is cleaned inside and out, including the top

6. Countertop is cleaned

7. Kitchen sinks are cleaned

8. Faucets are polished

C. Laundry room

1. Washer and dryer are wiped down

2. Space between and behind machines is cleaned

D. Bathrooms

1. Toilet bowls are cleaned

2. Sinks are cleaned

3. Mirrors are cleaned

4. Bathtubs are cleaned

5. Shower stall is cleaned

6. Undersink furniture is cleaned

7. Medicine cabinets are cleaned inside and outside

E. Other

1. Storage rooms are dust-free

2. Balcony is cleaned (upon request)

3. Garbage is removed

4. Balcony door tracks are cleaned

5. Ledges are wiped

6. Banisters and handrail are cleaned

GENERAL CLEANING

For general cleaning, the checklist remains mostly consistent, with a few variations:

• Cleaning inside of cabinets and appliances is available upon request and may have an extra fee.

• Furniture is dusted.

• Making beds is done upon request.

• Laundry can be done for an additional fee.

• Screens are wiped with a microfiber cloth if requested.

• Cleaning of window and door tracks, ledges, and baseboards is done only if time permits.
